This post has to be filed in the YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP FILE, because honestly you can't. To give you a little history- Check out my previous blog: http://leighmichele.weebly.com/words/avoid-jeffrey-h-diamond-and-his-company-aranar-glass-tech-llc-at-all-costs Bad enough, right? So the Saturday before Easter at about 7:30 at night my phone rings and Jeff Diamond shows up in my caller ID. I hit ignore and relayed the information to my attorney to return the call. While I was doubtful that he wanted to make good on the TENS OF THOUSANDS of money he owes me, I figured I would give him a chance. The attorney had to call several times to get Jeffrey Diamond to answer his phone. I guess that when you have not paid bills and owe people significant amounts of money this is how you behave. Finally he answered the phone and relayed why he was calling. He started off stating that he had not wanted to get attorneys involved n this matter. When he started issuing BAD CHECKS that it was past that point. He went on to tell my attorney that he had seen I was doing AVON and wanted to see if he could help by giving me some ideas on how to market or possibly put me in touch with someone who could help me create my own line of cosmetics. He also said he had wanted to offer me his consulting services for free! Now let's review some basic facts: 1. He attended Emory and according to his LinkedIn profile ( https://goo.gl/pJoNzu ), he holds a BA in Chemistry. 2. His business, by his own admission, failed... and miserably I may add. He kept whining to my attorney that he lost more money than anyone. (Sorry, but when you steal from someone you deserve to lose) 3. He told my attorney that he wished he had the money to pay me because then maybe he would have the money to buy some new shirts. (Really???) 4. He admitted to my attorney that he was cyber-stalking me to see what I was doing. 5. His main goal was to get me to take my posts down. The facts that I share about him make him feel bad. I don't like to brag about myself, but I am ranked in the top 10% of Social Media Marketers, have dual doctorates, and many other certifications. Why would I need or want someone like him to "help" me? So, Jeffrey H Diamond, in response to your inquiry, I will be willing to settle for $40,000 (with allowable interest the sum you owe is now in the $60,000 range). PLUS reasonable attorney's fees accrued since 2009. As part of said settlement, I will happily remove any and all blogs regarding you once the check has cleared. (I have learned that checks you issue are not worth the paper they are written on) And since you are so destitute, no money to buy new shirts and all, I will be happy to take payments on said amount which will be subject to standard interest rates until the full amount has been satisfied. And to go a step further I will edit the posts to show you are attempting to make good on YOUR DEBT. Those notices, however will be reversed if any payments are not received on time. Oh, and to completely set the record straight. I DID NOT have a "crush" on you as you told my attorney, nor do I recall telling my friends you were "brilliant" as you alleged. Finally, I did not ask you to dinner every week. I simply relayed an invitation from MY MOTHER who thought you were a cute little boy with your shirt tails untucked. Since you are admittedly cyber-stalking me, Jeffrey Diamond, you can post your reply here OR call my attorney at 561.586.5834 Proof that karma exists? Then & Now? I overlayed the images in Photoshop and the eyes, the mouth and the wrinkles in the neck align perfectly. You'd have to decide for yourself... Maybe he has a doppelganger. I do...
